Cat Eye Glasses

Cat-eye glasses are named after the shape of the eyewear frames. The design is closely related to the 50’s brow line style often worn by Malcolm X or the characters in Mad Men. However, the Cat-eye frames are slightly different by having an upward angle at the outer edges near to where the arms connect to the front frame. Originally popular in the ’50s and ’60s and made famous by the likes of Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor, and Marilyn Monroe. Today the cat eye glasses are making a comeback and have become a popular frame for sunglasses.

If you travel around Spain and Southern France you will see the Espadrille sandal everywhere. They have been the footwear of the masses since the 14^th century is still being produced today.
