A good bag, weaving without complaints, it seems to be straw, though, a little less than expected, the beach towel will not fit. Thank you!

a tad bit smaller than expected but still spacious enough without being too big. very pretty and chic. people will see everything in the bag though. keep that in mind.

So how does our shipping work?

Carmencandela.com works with manufacturers and artisans from across the globe to source you with the freshest products at the perfect price point.

How long does shipping take?
We have fulfillment centers located in key areas to serve our customers globally. The following table shows the shipping times by country. Unfortunately, expedited shipping isn't available in every country

Average expedited shipping times:
United States: 6-8 Days*
Canada: 7-9 Days
United Kingdom: 6-10 Days
Australia: 7-9 Days

South America (Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Chile, and more): 12-17 Days

* We use USPS for the United States orders are shipped on weekdays and do not count days the USPS is closed.

Average standard shipping times (used when expedited is NOT available):
Rest of Europe: 8-15 Days
Rest of the World: 2-4 Weeks

IMPORTANT: Handbags and Totes can take longer due to the size of the items. Typically they are delivered in 2 to 3 weeks. We are working on offering expedited shipping for handbags but at this time it is unavailable
